Please always look carefully at the FAQ before subimitting a ticket. There are many chances that the answer to your question can be found to the FAQ and if it is the case, our agent will just tell you to look into it. If you submit a ticket, give a detailed explaination of you problem to our support agents (you can add a screenshot).
If you are a charity and you get a question from a fundraiser or a donor, please ask them to look at the FAQ and submit a ticket if needed. They will get their answer faster if they are in touch with us directly!
